| Gift Certificates | GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gift certificates must be redeemed through Encore Music Company, Inc., or websites owned and operated by Encore Music Company, Inc. Purchases exceeding the value of the gift certificate will require the use of a credit card, or some other form of payment deemed acceptable by Encore Music Company, Inc. Gift certificates may only be redeemed towards the purchase of products listed on websites owned and operated by Encore Music Company, Inc. or in printed catalogs issued by Encore Music Company, Inc. Orders using gift certificates as a form of payment can only be shipped to addresses within the United States of America. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, are not refundable, and are not transferable. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent. Encore Music Company, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
After 13 months from the date of issuance, gift certificates will be subject to a monthly fee of 5% of the maximum balance achieved by the gift certificate, until there is no remaining balance, except where prohibited by law.
Encore Music Company, Inc. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time at its own discretion.
Encore Music Company, Inc. reserves the right to close gift certificate accounts and request other forms of payment if a gift certificate is obtained fraudulently, or redeemed and used fraudulently.
